Regulating Your Anxiety, Energy

and Uncertainty

Learning to Become Resilient

If our good sons are going to be able to successfully handle the challenges of the adult world, they’ll need to become more skillful at controlling their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Our sons need to know how to handle the parts of life that are unfair, uncomfortable and uncertain.

This course will show young men how to:

* calm their mind in 15 seconds or less

* manage time more effectively

* maintain healthy energy levels

As your son develops the ability to regulate himself moment to moment, he’ll naturally develop more respect and trust of himself.

The Danger of Digital Devices

It’s not your son’s fault that he was born into the era of digital dominance. The constant participation and instant gratification that devices create is diminishing his natural biological drive to become more mature and independent.

This course will show your son an effective way to navigate thru the endless technological distractions so that he can be more mindful and productive.
